"She sat down." / "The plane took off."
Pronome DEVE ficar no meio.
Transitivo inseparável: objeto sempre depois da partícula. Pronome também fica depois.
Três partes (prepositional phrasal verb): verbo + advérbio + preposição. Sempre inseparável.
2. Separável vs. Inseparável — A regra do pronome
A posição do objeto muda conforme o tipo
Separável + pronome: pronome OBRIGATORIAMENTE no meio

"Come up with", "put up with", "look forward to", "run out of" — o objeto sempre fica depois de todas as três palavras. Nunca separe.
🎯 Dica 3 — Conheça o registro
"Carry out" (formal) = "perform/execute".
